Reservations

Book Online Now or telephone us toll free at 800-689-7404 between 10:00AM and 10:00PM EST to check availability and arrange for deposit by check or credit card. Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to one night's lodging or 50% of your total reservation, whichever is greater. You will receive written confirmation of your reservation by mail or e-mail. Some weekends require a two-day
minimum stay.

Cancellations

Ivy Creek Farm is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation, please CALL us at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee.

In the unlikely event… with less than 15 days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand you are responsible for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Payment

Payment in full is required at time of arrival (except special events and graduation weekends, which are paid in full, non-refundable, in advance). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, traveler's checks, personal check or cash.
